Carbs
Today’s plan was to run up a hill but my cold is lingering and so that was a definite no.
Instead of burning off Christmas calories up a hill, I ate them in the form of glorious carbs. A House of Yum monkfish Penang at lunch followed by homemade pasta in the evening.
It’s my first go at making fresh pasta and it’s definitely a) harder than it looks on Masterchef but b) totally worth it.
