Notes: Another thick heavy sea fog to start the day - more even than yesterday. Headed out on bike even tho hip tight and back giving indications of trouble. Didn't plan to but went up Gulf Blvd and Blind Pass to the stop light @ Treasure Island - turned around there. Then did the PAG loop and the Vina loop to get 15 miles. Bike was quite dirty, everything wet and full of condensation. Pic is the marina area at the bridge just before TI. First time ever I've had to hose the bike down. Hot shower, laundry being done (after I had to ask neighbor to do mine) and toilets not flushing. Made coffee and juiced grapefruit and oranges and then made spinach omelet w/ salad and croissant for breakfast. Rested for awhile in my room on computer - found a new queen air mattress and I headed downtown around 2p to get it. Dropped it by storage on the way back. Walked to the beach around 430p and ended up staying till sunset at 547p - not feeling good about anything. Andy & Jake stopped on golf cart as I was walking back and took a little ride with them and then saw Joe walking Daisy & Fairy so talked to him a little. Rinsed off then and got in pj's. Watched some Hulu and edited my Rear-end Review of 2022 (yes, rear-end. tho that's too nice a term!).
