Distillery

Much of the day spent taking down the seasonal decorations. The two little trees, both living, are no doubt relieved to be back outside in the 'yard where the climate will be more to their liking.

A short walk to the river this afternoon, passing the 'Ad Gefrin Anglo-Saxon Museum and Whisky Distillery' on the way back. It's due to open some time this Spring, though there still looks to be a lot of work going on. Not too much reflection on the windows, so the stills are clearly visible. Their first blend, a mix of Scottish and Irish whiskies, is already on the market, though it will be several years before the first single malt will be ready.
