Escape to the seaside ...

The Admiral nurse came this morning .. it's good to have someone to chat to about the various challenges I face! Admiral nurses offer support to carers of dementia sufferers ..

After lunch I headed to Bempton as it was so sunny - in Hull! At Bempton it was a bit less settled, but ok-ish, if windy and chilly.

I was keen to blip a different bird this time, but in the end have gone for more gannets - they're just so darned photogenic!

I also saw guillemots and razorbills and puffins and plenty more gannets!
