Main activity: Sun - jog, moving, stuff (not Sun)
Notes: Didn't feel like a Sun at all as other days have been off too. Woke with headache around 4a, finally back to sleep and woke w/ stronger headache ~715a. Decided to see if a jog would help (it didn't). Scoped out some things for the rental online and set up times to go. Was getting a bed frame broken down when heard back from DW person just a few min away - rushed over there, loaded w/ bed drawers and got it up to Largo while the plumber was there. Had to ask someone sitting outside another building to help me carry it up the stairs. Back to the bed place then for the rest of the pieces and a big rug then downtown-ish for a gray pouf before back to Isla. Headache remains. Made avocado omelet w/ salad and 1/2 croissant and had a new NA beer - decent. Loaded some smaller things around the stuff in the truck, walked over to pool but was completely in the shade (I've never been here in Jan!) so didn't stay. Took shower and relaxed, more online browsing for stuff I need. Ran out then ~745p up to Madeira Beach for a tv stand. Headache still going strong ...
