People keep having birthdays

I spend quite a bit of time creating and printing individual birthday cards. For local ones I print and post and for UK and Australia I use Moonpig.
This one is printed on heavyweight glossy photo paper which is just about strong enough. I find it impossible to obtain small quantities of custom card for greeting card printing.
