Morning light
I ordered a memory card for my camera from Wex and Parcel Force do not deliver without a signature, which is a bit annoying - delivery was attempted on Friday and I got a card to say it was at the Post Office. So first thig this morning I drove to the sorting office to collect my parcel (they are only open 8am -10am, quite ridiculous hours) but was told it was not at the collection depot but at my village post office. So I drove there but they don't have it. Rather annoying, I just hope it turns up tomorrow as the Parcel Force app says it is at that post office.
So after all that I took Xena for a walk, It was lovely and sunny but ever so muddy now after all the rain. Xena recognised Fiona walking some distance away from us and shot off to go say hello, as always she was delighted to see her. I liked the light on this tall silver birch, it always catches my eye with it's beautiful silvery trunk.
I spent a good chunk of today choosing images for the next upcoming camera club photo competitions. I really hate choosing which images to enter, I have too many to choose from as I am always taking photos, and I can never decide. I always re-edit them and then get them into the right print format and I have now sent the files off to the printer.
Tonight we have a zoom camera club meeting, it is a talk on street photography which is not a genre I do so I am not sure if I will enjoy it.
Tomorrow the plumber/builder arrives to start fixing that leak from the upstairs bathroom, I hope it is not too messy a job.
