Road Trip

Had a few things to sort out this morning and then we headed up the road for our break.

Once we got past Perth the sun came out although it looks like that might be the last we'll see of it this week.

Our house, right on the edge of the River Tay a couple of miles outside of Aberfeldy didn't disappoint - it has a sauna, hot tub, games room, log burning fires (as well as central heating) and a fabulous old cast iron bath in one of the bathrooms. We'll be very happy here this week to hole up and relax.

We popped into Aberfeldy to get some supplies and an early supper in a pub we had been in before (and been somewhat rowdier it's fair to say :)

I was pretty bushed by all the excitement so was in bed by 8pm.
