On my walk today...

Two walks today, one on the machine in New Zealand with the actor Graham McTavish and one round the village. I noticed the flag against the interesting sky but of course it hung limply when I got my phone out. I waited!
Rob had his dressing changed today and a splint put on instead of the cast. He has to remove the splint to do exercises every hour. Given the op was just on Monday this is good progress but he is in a lot of pain when he does the exercises.
