Road closed due to sink hole

For two weeks the main road from Twickenham to Kingston through Teddington has been closed due to a very large sink hole. I went to have a look again today and see it has now been filled in so hopefully the road will be open again by Monday ? It has caused lots of problems for people who would normally use this road and buses have also had diversions.

I went to check this on my bike on the way back from a cycle ride with a couple of friends along the Thames towpath and through Home and Bushy Parks. We had a nice lunch at the Mute Swan pub opposite Hampton Court. So nice to actually see some sun and blue sky today but….it was very very windy so extra energy was needed when cycling!
