Stained glass

Today's the day ....................... for a welcome home

This is one of three of our very own stained glass panels that Will bought off a local builder.  

The builder was clearing out his yard and found them buried under other stuff that he didn't want.  He had forgotten where they had originally come from but he advertised them online - and Will was happy to take them off his hands.  Will then went on to incorporate them into a wooden screen at the back of our house - and that's where they've been ever since.

And they looked very cheerful, lit from the other side, when we returned from a late walk this afternoon ...................
