Hop Skip and Juice

Despite the rain and wind , Adele and l took Peggy for a walk along the canal while Tim competed in a cycle race on Swift. ( Don’t know what that is exactly but it’s on a fixed wheel bike in the garage against hundreds of other cyclists world wide.) 
We walked into the wind on the way out but got blown home and we did encounter a hailstorm.
Early evening we went to the cinema in Hebden Bridge to see A Man Called Otto ( excellent) then went to the Vocation Bar across the road for a pint of Hop Skip and Juice and one of their fabulous burgers.( see extra) We had booked a table for 7.00 pm and managed to catch the 8.20 pm bus home then a walk up the hill in more heavy rain to reach home.
All cosy now.
