Chilling

We went into town early this morning. We wanted some bread. We found the bakery, don’t think it’s baked on the premises. One large loaf was 20EC dollars which equates to £6 for a loaf of bread! I bought some freezer bags, quarter the loaf and froze three quarters of it. In contrast a small tin of tuna was only 5EC dollars.
We walked to a different beach this afternoon where I took this photo, no, that’s not my husband there. It’s supposed to be the best beach on the island but we like the intimacy of our local beach. No sunset this evening but we each had a curry at our local restaurant. 
Each evening there is a Melody of sounds from the local wildlife, definitely some frogs in there I reckon.
