Icicles

I went to Hilliers Gardens with Pauline today, the first time for a while. I did manage a bit of walking which was lovely. It is still very cold and I was walking very hesitantly due to frost underfoot in places despite the sunshine. I was surprised to see icicles hanging from the weir by this stream at 2 pm. It just goes to show how cold it is. It’s not a great time of year for plants especially in this cold weather but we found a bit of colour, see extras.
The big news is that I have a date for my knee replacement, in just over 3 weeks!
