30 minute tea

I had to make the tea quickly tonight - I only got home at 6.30 and I was hungry! And since I haven't taken a single photo all day - here is one of what we ate. You can't even see the bed of spinach underneath or the lovely winter grains (from Aldi, microwaved in 2 mins). Roasted peppers and celery, green beans, sweetcorn (from a tin), an avocado, sliced tomato and vegetable pakora from Morrisons' deli. Accompanied by yesterday's sourdough loaf. Quick and tasty :-)

We were kept nicely busy in the cafe. I did the shopping afterwards and then had a sauna and swim and 15 minutes trying out new things in the gym (battle ropes!).

Still having to carry the shopping up the drive so that provides an extra workout :-)

I'm just going to do my jigsaw and some netflix now until bedtime.
