Hola Barcelona!

Both flights were easy and comfortable  - from Rio to Amsterdam and then Amsterdam to Barcelona. The airport process in Rio was one of the easiest ever. Less so the one in Amsterdam - but interesting in terms of people watching! We're now back in Barcelona, arriving home at 11.30am local time, our body block time 7.30am. I'd dozed for about an hour in total during the 21 hour door-to-door journey and Bb a bit more. We arrived to about 5 degrees, but beautiful blue skies and sunshine. A nice welcome!  We checked the house and plants, up and down, put the heating on and then went out for something to eat and a walk to try and stay awake till a reasonable time. It's now 5pm, we've done 10,000 steps and will try and watch some TV so that our bedtime is acceptable to our body!  We both agreed that Barcelona isn't a bad place to come home to! Unpacking will wait till tomorrow.
