Singapore Day 3

I had breakfast with Bb’s colleagues this morning and then we moved to our new hotel, The Clover Hotel, Bugis. For our records, room 107 (double bed, one side against the wall, hot tub, which we never used, preferred this room to previous year). Same hotel as last year. It’s great to have such a change in areas, from the designer shops in Orchard Road to the little streets and local shops in Bugis. We went out for a wander and refamiliarisation with the area. Nice to hear the call to prayer from The Sultan Mosque, which evoked memories of Cairo. We stopped for a snack lunch and this is where I took my blip pics from. Back to the hotel for a siesta and then dinner in a Japanese restaurant on Kandahar Street, just opposite our hotel - lemon chicken, not as we know it, but ok.
