Past Their Best

Which sums up how I feel at the moment, for the last few days in fact. I managed to get past the 'we are experiencing unprecedented demands' message on the GP switchboard and got a phone triage appointment and then a proper face to face GP appointment this afternoon. I now have some antibiotics so I'm hoping they are going to sort me out.

It wasn't that busy at the surgery, though I had to wait 30 mins. There was an emergency as an old gentleman (older than me I mean) went up to the desk and said he wasn't feeling well at all. A nurse took him off to a treatment room and I heard the GP I was booked in with was going to check him over. I do hope he is OK.

Good job it is Flower Friday or it would have been a photo of the S2 bus which mrsfb caught this morning to get to Charlton Kings for a meet up with some old work colleagues. I have also spared you the in camera multiple exposure of these Christmas birthday flowers, mainly because it was pretty rubbish.
