Notes: Up early, ran just & saw magnificent sunrise of bright coral/purple - like sky on fire! Decide to head to pool for some laps - was good, pool is bigger than any of my places. Quiet morning, watched CBS morning show and then started prepping & made roasted chicken, baked sweet potato, cauliflower mash and side salad. Also did a load of laundry, ran DW, picked up more around the house, put the new memory foam pad on bed and boxed up the bamboo one that isn't as supportive. Watched some football, talked to Mic a few times. Got quite warm but opened the place back up early evening and stayed under 80 in here. Another rinser in the evening before the night NFL game.
