Wednesday

Spent a good few hours through the night feeling very sick. Woke a lot later than planned and had to rush to meet a friend for lunch. Still feeling very sick I took an anti sickness but it made no difference. Gave up on lunch and came home.
Walked through the park spotting the crocus' out.

Home to the sofa, feeling awful. Think I'll phone the dr tomorrow. It's too much. Another s*** birthday.
