Quick Snow Shower

A day of mixed weathers, rain, sleet, snow, sun and gales.  The gales have eased this evening, and been dry since the late afternoon. 

A poor morning, finally got out walkies with Sammy.  We popped by Madeline's for a cuppa again.  Headed down to see Laura in the afternoon.  On my way home, I nipped into Lerwick for supermarket shopping.  The supermarket had limited fresh produce, but I made do.  A quiet shift in the shop this evening.  Feet up by the fire now. 

A cold day in that wind.  The weather has been fairly confused all day.  It was a wet morning, sleet and haily-puckl showers at times, but we made it dry to Madeline's.  By the time I got home, there was glorious sunshine (extra photo).  Sunshine at Laura's when I arrived, then suddenly a heavy snow shower passed over, it didn't last long.  A much welcomed break from it all this evening.  This was the snow passing by Laura's, with the sun breaking through it.  Taken in the Blett Road, Cunningsburgh.
