Reflective

An entertaining few hours with Chantler63 in MK today, which included coffee at MK Gallery, a browse through a small part of Campbell Park and lunch at La Tour.  Being half term, everywhere was heaving.

When I got up this morning I was surprised to see the male sparrowhawk tucking into the carcass of the woodpigeon I'd seen yesterday.  Really amazed to think that this bird took out another bird much heavier than iself.  I fully expected it to have been a female kill.
