After breakfast we explored the fields and ponds around the cottage, which Millie pups appreciated. St Ives followed with glorious weather and lunch at Porthmeor Beach Cafe. There were lots of surfers and a few swimmers - is it really February?!

This afternoon we popped over to Hayle Towans hoping to get an ice cream but it was pretty much closed(!). We managed to get a very nice ice cream in the town then drove over to Mounts Bay to catch the sunset. Nice.

Four extras in the form of panoramas plus a Ruddy Turnstone, which got very close despite Millie's presence.
