Another dull damp morning with the forecast indicating an improvement in the afternoon. To avoid temporary traffic lights and difficulties finding a parking space I decided to walk from home.

After an early lunch I headed up Scandale to High Sweden Bridge and a few ups and downs beyond.

I saw only 3 other people between the end of the road and the bridge going up and 9 on the way back. I didn’t pass anyone on the higher section. The cloud was clearing and sun appearing towards the end of the walk.
