Today's the day ........................ for low cloud

We set off back home late morning, still buzzing from last night's performance of Macbeth (an undoing) at The Lyceum in Edinburgh.

The clouds descended as we went over the Devil's Beeftub and it all looked rather mysterious.  It wasn't until we were almost into Moffat that we started to see the hills across Annandale.  

The rest of the journey was uneventful and we're now safely back home - hoping for a bit of sunshine tomorrow ...................
