Synchronised cycling

Today's Herald cycle race was in perfect conditions - no wind, no rain and not too hot.  As usual we were locked in in our village but we cheered the cyclists as they came through. Our restaurant was open so the locals supported it for take away lunches - really delicious chicken pies were the favourite. Coda and I walked there and she had a fuss made of her as I waited for my order.
Sister M came out later and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck. A good Sunday. Ready for the week ahead.
