Tulip (day 2844)

Fiercely windy today (again).
I had planned an easy day and a trip into town to get stuff for heading off to Westray tomorrow to do a pellet boiler install. Having been to town and collected stuff, I got a call from Phil who was supposed to be bringing the boiler up from south and working with me to get it fitted. The ferry he was booked on was cancelled, as was the following ferry. He now won't be here until tomorrow evening and we won't head to Westray until Wednesday. 
After harumphing at the weather a bit, I had lunch with  my beautiful wife before we took Sigyn for a wander in the gale. We attempted conversation, but the wind whipped our words away.
Mid afternoon I headed to town to get a little call out job done before heading back home to play with the macro lens and the vase of flowers.
