Holy Isle

Well the weather has not been on our side today.  Last night the wind picked up, must have been over 40mph - strong enough that it was moving the bed in our chalet-thing!  Thankfully it hasn't been that strong all day, but it's still been fair blowing, plus raining for most of the day...it has meant that we haven't explored the island as much as we'd have liked.

It's been a fairly lazy day, we visited the health suite and were hot for a while, got some pretzels from the coop for lunch, then took a trip south for some cake and to visit the wee art gallery.  Found some good food and picked up some quiche for tea before heading back to our lodge thing.  

There's a wood fired hot tub which comes with the chalet - it takes a while to heat up and tonight we've left it going for a bit longer, so hopefully it will be warmer and stand proof against the wind - we'll see!

Blip is of holy isle through the drizzle with the sun hitting it.
