Rugby Club III
Mrs S and Sam headed off to Truro in the morning, bit of Mum and daughter time. After breakfast I had a few odds and ends to sort out before walking Paddy.
Once the ladies arrived home Mrs S ran me down town where I picked up 16kg of beef steak, rustic cubed ready to cook. I started in the club kitchen at 2:00pm, little did I know that just browning it would take over three hours.
The preparation of the onions, mushrooms, herbs etc kept me busy until 8:00pm before I left for home to eat with Mrs S, with her working tomorrow it sometimes feels like I am married to the club.
It’s going to be another long day tomorrow.
