Birthday Boy

Having packed last night we had breakfast and then we were off to Farnborough for one of our nephews birthday, his 18th.
The majority of the family live in and around the Surrey-Hampshire border and in days gone by it would have been Mrs S and I who travelled the furthest, not this time, Josh and Tiana coming down from Inverness easily topped that.
We all gathered in a town centre hotel, Mrs S and I early enough to give my brother and sister-in-law a hand to finish off setting up.the room.
When the Stevens clan gathers its great fun, for one reason or another not all of us made it, around 19 missing, but those of us who were there thoroughly enjoyed ourselves helping Ollie enjoy his 18th.
Lots to drink, lots to eat, lots of fun, lots of laughter a great evening.

It was a late one!
