“A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.”
― Louis Nizer

Arhoson ni am un ddiwrnod gyda Samten yn Nrefach Felindre cyn mynd adre. Ar ôl brecwast aethon ni i Gastell Newydd Emlyn. Mae'n dre fach ddiddorol gyda llawer o siopau annibynnol yn gynnwys siopau crefft a siopau ethnig. Prynais i rrogldarth Bhutan mewn ‘Scallywag’ (felly es i adre gyda mwy o arogldarth Bhutan o Orllewin Cymru nad o Bhutan ei hun). Roedd y tywydd yn oer, felly doeddwn ni ddim yn aros am hir, ond byddan ni'n dod yn ôl yn yr haf yn bendant.
Roedd e'n dda i gael diwrnod i ymlacio ar ôl yr encil a dod i adnabod rhan arall o'r ardal.

We stayed for one day with Samten in Drefach Felindre before going home. After breakfast we went to Newcastle Emlyn. It's an interesting little town with lots of independent shops including craft and ethnic shops. I bought Bhutanese incense in 'Scallywag' (so I went home with more Bhutanese incense from West Wales than from Bhutan itself). The weather was cold, so we didn't stay long, but we will definitely come back in the summer.
It was good to have a day to relax after the retreat and get to know another part of the area.
