Dogs are not just for Christmas

Misty day...clearing up later.

But our spirits were high. Watched the boys and girls making their First Communion this morning, No 3 was fascinated that they can choose a new name for their confirmation name. No 1 and No 2 can hardly remember theirs (oh dear).

Much hilarity about names in our family. My mum was called 'Phil' but her full name was Clare Philomena....No 1 said she thought this was a type of cheese!

An exciting afternoon at Costco buying paper products for all the big bums in our house....but we always managed to dilly dally in a few other aisles. Came home with Toffee Cake (yum!) and Flying Saucers (a sweetie confection!)..had to stop for pizza in the cafe and then no one wanted their dinner tonight. Also managed to get passport pictures printed for the girls (we discovered last night that theirs were expired - oops!)

Finally replaced our broken printer! I have spent HOURS reloading drivers etc to try to get it work...but we have now replaced it, and the new one will save many family arguments and sweary words (when urgent homework needs printed).

Off to the movies tonight with the big girls to see The Great Gatsby. Not sure if Leonardo can pull off the mysteriousness that Robert Redford did - but I'll give it a go!

Here's No 3 at Costco getting in an early Christmas Request. Think this wee fella would need a separate room !
