Little Piggies

We stopped at the Amish farm right down the street from us for the first time. What a pleasant discovery. They sell produce, flowers, veggie plants, eggs, butter, baked goods, canned chutneys, jams, and grass fed beef (even though I don't eat it, I'm really glad it's available since this is a healthier alternative to that found commercially). I'm guessing that they'll be selling pork in one form or another (and that I do like to eat occasionally).

Today I picked up a pint of strawberries, eggs, and fresh cut asparagus, not to mention a wonderful hanging pot of fuchsias. And it was all so inexpensive compared to the grocery store. I heard from a neighbor that they will be coming to my door and sell me anything I need. I can't wait!
