Sea Fret!

I would like to say that the apparent diamonds on this seed head were caused by dew but they were caused by a sea fret! But very beautiful were the dandelion seed heads with the fret - and it lasted most of the day. Hey ho we are only about a month from the longest day and then starts the countdown for winter!!!!!!
The swallows are busy, the blackbirds are feeding their young and the starlings are nesting in next doors gutter. I won't be telling on them!
I went to Rimac nature reserve this morning to see if there are any signs of the orchids that grow there. There weren't! Too cold and too much sea fret!
