Pontefract Races

We had a fun evening being wined and dined at Pontefract races. I know nothing about horses but managed to win £35 on my first bet. It was all downhill after that but for £2 each way on the Tote I was still in pocket at the end of the evening. I call that success!
But it is still cold for May and some brave (?) Yorkshire lasses were wearing sleeveless dresses. I know they breed them tough in Yorkshire but I bet they were frozen.
