Violet Violets

Not the white variety I posted a couple of days ago! I spotted these on a verge alongside the foot/cycle path!!

Also added and extra of some blossom on the prunus tree in our front garden - it has only appeared in the last few days and will soon cover the whole tree.

A covering of snow this morning - just a couple of inches - but by mid morning it had started to melt. It didn’t stop Mrs madwill getting away for her weekend sewing retreat and I got out for my walk!

I finally shelled out for a proper RF lens for my camera - instead of the adapted EF lenses.. it is a 24-105mm (not the L version)..and I bought it used from MPB. It is so much lighter then the EF ones I have.

Quite pleased with the results so far.
