Shake!

This bedraggled hummingbird was seeking shelter from the heavy rain this morning, and trying to dry its feathers. It was too wet to be bothered by my presence within arm's length of the feeder.

The rain was so bad that we cancelled our pétanque game for the first time ever -- we've even played in snow.
