DWT volunteers

on the heath this morning which would explain why I came across these sheets of galvanized metal. They are placed around the reserve every year, & periodically checked for reptiles etc.
Feeling slightly more with it today, sun was shining, out of the wind lovely and warm, so hopefully I'm over the worst of it.
The volunteers were arriving enmasse as I left the heath. A good day for working outside, very wet underfoot though.
