Being WildCardinal...

Road Warrior

After a productive day in Nottingham, it was the long trek back down south and home. A stop off to get some Red Bull at a motorway service station came up with this, taken from the foot bridge between the two sides of Watford Gap services.

My abiding memory of this service station is from the late 70s or early 80s and stopping here while on the way too for from Wales for a family holiday. My mother was disgusted by the coffee she was served which had a layer of grease floating on the top in a polystyrene cup. Quite a difference from the Costa you'd get there these days!
