Cowslips and Windflowers

There is such a lot of work to do in the garden - it has been a winter wildlife haven!  Little surprises cropping up everywhere - here there are cowslips and windflowers under the old sage bush which still produces purple flowers in the summer.

I had to wait at home all day for the Medi Equip van to arrive to take my post hip op equipment away since I don't need it any more.  They arrived mid afternoon and loaded it, there was quite a lot seeing it stacked all together!  I was able to do some gardening while waiting for them including planting a gooseberry bush a friend had passed on to me.
