Zinnia

Today's the day ......................... to sow seeds

I said I was going to save the seed heads from the zinnias at the end of the summer last year - and I did.

So today, I got them out of the envelope I had collected them in - and spent a while extracting the seed.  That's them above and now they're all nicely tucked up in compost in a tray, in the hope that in a few weeks they'll germinate into seedlings.

Hopefully, they might even end up looking like the ones in extra - I'll keep you posted ...........................
