Numerous columbine plants survived the winter and three of them are producing flowers already. 

The weather was divine, again. Typically this area only gets so many nice days and this year we are getting them all this week ;-)

Today we had a work picnic with this lovely weather. 

Tomorrow I represent the United States government at an embassy over breakfast. ME!!!!

I guess I don't represent the entire US government, just my little section of it.

Wikipedia refused to remove an article, in Russian, about the Russian invasion of Ukraine. A Moscow court fined them. Wikipedia keeps refusing to take down articles Moscow wants it to. They can collect the money how? Probably they'll just attempt to block Russian access to it. 

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal met with representatives of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and the European Investment Bank this week. Ukraine received new pledges of additional support from countries including Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Iceland, and the Netherlands, as well as an agreement from Boeing Co to relieve Ukrainian companies of $200 million in previous commitments. 

The World Bank also announced $200 million in grant financing for a project for Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
