Scream If You Wanna Go Faster

Early run with first attempt at sprint training. Took a bit of getting used to at first but ended up really enjoying it. Recovered by sprawling out on the sofa with the window wide open, letting the harbour air wash over me. The Dak coffee almost lived up to the billing and I enjoyed it with some music. My highlight was When the Levee Breaks, although admittedly it's not the best fit for a Sunday morning. A track that also sounds so much better analogue than digital.

Photoshoot for Todd this afternoon. I'm beginning to warm to my character and I must say it's nice to be part of a production that is so well organised they are advertising already for an October show. The photo is my best attempt to look menacing, so that's clearly going to need some work!

Visited family this afternoon and shared a few home truths with Dad, which felt good to get off my chest. Loved reading to M and cuddling N, can't believe he's three months old today. Always so good to spend time with them.
