Newtown Tram Depot

No 16th century keeps around here but we do have the heritage listed Newtown Train Depot. Located adjacent to the current Newtown train station, it opened in 1900, its trams servicing several neighbouring suburbs. The Depot closed in 1957 and is our oldest one remaining in its original form.
