SuperBloom

We got to see magnificent wildflowers without any driving or crowds. Here we are, about ten minutes from home, right in the middle of a lupine patch on the dirt trail going up the hill. Our morning walk was such a delight: flowers, deer, a great view (the ocean is way out there in the fog), fantastic color, and a little rain.
The sky was grey for the rest of the day, maybe a few patches of sun, but otherwise cold, windy, and not very nice for the seedlings. The big question: is it gonna rain or not? 


(If you have the time to Go Large, it is definitely worth it. The black background really makes those colors pop…)
