Two heads…

….are better than one! Ian and Margaret getting to grips with a challenging word search at our Ladies Coronation Tea this afternoon. It went well and overran although we didn’t really have an end time. Some left just as the heavens opened, and my guests had to sit in the car until it was safe to get out.

As always the clearing away takes time but is never too much of a chore after a good time together. Lots of Union Jack napkins, table covers, bunting and trifle bowls going spare now!

My pneumonia jab was quick and painless. The nurse asked me to book an appointment for a shingles jab and a blood pressure and cholesterol check up!!
