What a crazy, crazy day. Let this blip serve as a reminder that I'm not actually superhuman, and cramming as much into a day as I did today is not a great idea.

I was up at 6:30 this morning for a seven hour shift at work. I always liked Saturday shifts because everyone is so nice and cheerful, and today was no different. Despite a few mishaps before 9:00, most of the shift went really well and I was way less tired than I was during Thursday's shift.

After work I went and played squash for the first time in months (I played a bit at Warwick) - this was my first mistake, I think, because even though I was less tired after work today I didn't really have the energy to play squash. Still, I survived, and rushed home to get ready for this evening. I wish I'd had a nap, but I totally thought I was fine and I headed off to Julia's for her housewarming and then out to a bar, where I continued to think I was fine until about 12:15, at which point I hit a wall of exhaustion and had to stop dancing and sit down, and then go home.

It was an insanely busy day, but a good day!

Julia has this awesome poster hanging in her living room so I got her to point to where we were. Sadly my suburb isn't featured, so I'm claiming both Richmond and Collingwood as my own since I live tucked between the two.
