2023 Tuesday — “Sit & Celebrate”

Day 10 of Anniversary Month:

Mid-morning we walked to our top patio, Mr. Fun brought a ladder so I could reach the top of the fence to place some whirlybirds (really they are dollar store spinners or propellers) on the fence top. Then we sat and just quietly celebrated while the spinners spinned, or is that “spun.”

A thin layer of soft overcast put a ceiling on the sky. Later we had one quick afternoon appointment out of the house to take Chloe to the vet to get her Cytopoint injection; then we were again back to the house and walked to the top of the backyard.

The breeze carried a chill, so Mr. Fun lit the fire pit and we sat and watched and talked. In many ways it was a little day. Nothing, though, is too small to celebrate.

It was simply a “Sit & Celebrate” Day!
