In search of dereliction

Having been inspired by YouTube videos, today we set off to visit a derelict railway yard in Pankow. However, despite crossing a motorway and railway station we were unable to gain access as the whole site was fenced off. So the photos we took had to be from above. As you can see they are restoring the roof.

I have added a couple of graffiti shots as Berlin is festooned with graffiti everywhere . When I first visited Berlin many years ago I was rather put off by the amount of graffiti but you quickly learn that Berliners are  very laid back about it.
