The Feast of Our Lord's Ascension to Heaven.
Paul and me went for a morning stroll to post some letters and to find something interesting to blip.
The swans were asleep under the mother swan's wings on their old nest, but we saw three pairs of parent Canada Geese each with a sweet family of goslings. The father birds literally stick their tongues out, adopt a defensive posture and hiss at dog walkers who pass them. They just looked at me snapping them but I stood at a respectful distance.
